Driving Directions to TBSG - Southborough
Mass Pike to Exit 12:
Follow ramp to Rt. 9 west.
Less than 1 mile, stay to the left and the exit is on the left - onto Route 30 Southboro.
Follow Route 30 (take a left at Marlboro fork) to "downtown" Southboro.
Route 30 will go to the left, GO STRAIGHT onto Newton Street.
Proceed ¼ of a mile down the street, Southboro Medical Group will be on your left.
Pass Southboro Medical Group and take the second entrance.
The Boston Spine Group is the small brick building.
Patient parking will be in the front or back of the building.
From Route 495 exit 23A
From Route 9 going east (from Worcester)
Take Route 9 to Route 85 north (Southboro/Marlboro).
Take a right at the first set of lights onto Route 30.
After railroad tracks take a left onto Newton Street.
Proceed ¼ of a mile down the street, Southboro Medical Group will be on your left.
Pass Southboro Medical Group and take the second entrance.

From Route 9 going west (from Boston)
Take Route 9 through Framingham.
Pass the Masspike, pass the Sheraton Tara and get in the LEFT lane.
Take the Left exit to Route 30 Southboro.
Follow Route 30 (take a left at Marlboro fork) to "downtown" Southboro.
Route 30 will go to the left, GO STRAIGHT onto Newton Street.
