If you have not gone through a conservative spine care program or have not had recently had advanced radiographic imaging ( MRI &/or CT Scan within 1 year) performed, then please contact Dr. Kevin Sullivan or Dr Mark Finno at (508) 481-4700 to schedule an appointment in one of our offices located at:

If you have previously undergone conservative spine care and have a recent MRI or CT scan and wish to be considered for a surgical consultation, please have your Primary Care or referring physician send the following information to The Boston Spine Group at 299 Washington St, Newton, MA 02458:
- Copies of Initial and recent Office note(s) from your primary care physician, referring physician or specialist
- Copy of recent MRI or CT scan report(s)
If you have previously had surgery on your spine, then include the
- Operative Report(s)
